If you are unsatisfied with your subscription for any reason, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your initial purchase. No questions asked.
Email [email protected] with the email address associated with your account. We will process your refund within 5 business days.
After the 30-day window, subscriptions are non-refundable. You can cancel at any time to prevent future renewals, and you will retain access until the end of your current billing period.
Refunds are processed through Polar, our payment provider, and returned to your original payment method. Processing times depend on your bank or card issuer.
