SubsidyGuard ("we", "our", "the service") is operated by Narrowcast. This policy explains what data we collect and how we use it.
Free calculator: We do not collect any personal information. All calculations run in your browser and on our server without storing inputs or results. No account is required.
Paid features: If you create an account, we store your name and email address from Google OAuth. If you subscribe, we store your subscription status and saved scenarios. We do not store your Google password.
We use Umami, a privacy-focused analytics tool. Umami does not use cookies, does not track individuals across sites, and does not collect personal information. We see aggregate page views and referrer sources only.
Payments are processed by Polar, our Merchant of Record. Polar handles all payment information, billing, and tax compliance. We never see or store your credit card details. Polar's privacy policy governs payment data.
The free calculator uses no cookies. If you sign in, we set a single session cookie to keep you logged in. We do not use tracking cookies or third-party advertising cookies.
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties. Data is shared only with Google (for authentication) and Polar (for payment processing), as described above.
Account data is retained as long as your account exists. You can request deletion of your account and all associated data by emailing us. We will process deletion requests within 30 days.
